ほとけには桜の花をたてまつれ 我が後の世を人とぶらはば

prose translation:
O to Amita-Budda proffer up the branch of Sakura
If the World after me is to have human in expiation.

ほとけには 5
桜の花を 7
たてまつれ 5
我が後の世を 7
人とぶらはば 7

verse translation:
Namo'mitābha 5 (南無阿弥陀）
For the Budda (仏), Sakura 7
Proffer of yourself 5
If my World's Next is to have 7
Men's expiation 5
