What kind of life did you lead last year?


It’s the perfect time for introspection.

Did you spend most of your time sitting at a desk, watching TV in an armchair, or were you more active—perhaps walking, jogging, or engaging in sports?

More importantly, did you balance your body and mind?

In simple terms: Did you prepare your body and mind for old age?

What does “Preparing for old age” really mean?

From an economic standpoint, preparing for old age often involves working while young, saving money, contributing to retirement funds, or securing health insurance for potential illnesses.

For most people, this is the standard approach.

But how much time do we dedicate to caring for our bodies at any stage of life?

Taking care of the body isn’t just about taking supplements, avoiding certain foods, or playing sports like tennis or golf.

While these help, aging inevitably brings challenges—aches, pains, and sometimes serious illnesses like cancer.

Unfortunately, many accept this process as inevitable without questioning how They might better prepare.

Make 2025 the year you prioritize your health!

Change starts now. Do something for your body and mind and your future self will thank you.

We will follow this introduction with a series of weekly exercises to do
indoors or outdoors, in a progressive manner that will in the long run transform your physical appearance and way of thinking.
No need of any heavy or voluminous apparatus for doing those exercises. Only good will and a yoga mat will be sufficient.
