How a 30-Minute Walk Transformed My Energy After Work


Since I started my office job, I've been doing nothing at the office and am always extremely bored. However, when I leave the office at 5:30 I feel completely drained and when I get home I don't feel doing nothing. I don't even cook dinner so my husband cook for me <3
My work hours are 9 to 5:30 and during that time and my actual work is only for 0-1 hour basically, but boredom and inactivitiy create a lot of stress for me.

I was feeling exhausted as usual yesterday, but I decided to go for a walk at gym. I thought it might make me more tired or maybe it would refresh me! I was hoping for the latter.

By the way, I used to run at the gym a few years ago and I loved it. But running can cause breats drooping so I don't run anymore.

So, I just walked for 30 mins and broke a little swaeat.


And guess what happend to me?

My fatigue is gone !!!!

I was suprised and realized the power of exercise again!!!
It works both physically and mentally.


Now I should do some exercise sometimes after work.
