240218 ビリヤニチャレンジ

出前館で
その雄姿を目の当たりにシて
感慨一入

ビリヤニ専門店
いずれ出て来るだろう
と想っていました

僕だけや
僕の周りだけの騒ぎではナく
雑誌にも取り扱われ

日本人にも親和性の高い
米料理であり

日本人のイメージし易い
カレー近似的な味わいで

何より晴れの料理で有ること

傾向として
老舗のソレは
ビリヤニと言う名の
チャーハンで有るケースが多く

開店当初から出してれば
比較的マトモだ
と判断デキる感じでした

そもそも論で云うと
ビリヤニは
本道的なインド料理
と言うよりパキスタン源流で
ムガル帝国の料理らしく

旧くから有る老舗としては
急に云われても…( ・_・)
みたいな感じなんだろう
と推察できます

現に昔は無かったのに
取扱い出して
ぶっちゃけ
似て非なるモノを出す老舗も
枚挙に暇なし
といった状態です

キチンとシた
インド料理
と銘打てば

かえってビリヤニは
扱うべきなのか
悩まれてもオカシくない
と言う立ち位置です
