This is a popular my recipe that has been in the Hall of Fame with more than 1,800 cook snaps.
This is the easiest gateau chocolate cake you can make with just the inner pot of a rice cooker.

I have been publishing on Cookpad, but for editing reasons, I have moved it to note and made it independent.

It is a rich gateau chocolat with a super moist texture, completed in pursuit of melt-in-your-mouth and smoothness, different from the Chocolat Classic with its crunchy surface.

●Ingredients

These ingredients are for a 5-cup rice cooker.
For 3-cup cookers, extend the baking time or use half the amount of ingredients.

If your rice cooker has a special mode for baking cakes, please bake in that mode.

  • Eggs : 2 to 4 eggs

  • Chocolate : about 200g

  • Fresh cream : (1 package) 200ml

  • Pancake mix or weak flour (wheat flour) or rice flour:40-50g

  • Western liquor : Appropriate amount to taste, if any*
