今日取り上げるのは…

“I think that you know me well enough, Watson, to understand that I am by no means a nervous man.

英文は、だれが→どうする→何をといった順番で並んでいます。
意味のかたまりで区切って、日本語を当ててから、解説にとんでみてください。

それでは、説明していきたいと思います。

“I think / that you know me / well enough, / Watson, / to understand / that I am by no means a nervous man.
”私は思う / 君が私を知っている / 十分に / ワトソン / that 以下を理解するのに / 私が決して神経質な人間ではない (と)

by no meansで「決して～ではない」という意味です。
