摂食障がいの克服335【過食症と2畳生活と英検1級⑥】

　お仕事から帰宅しました。シャワーして、お洗濯しました。
　昨日帰宅するとメインルームの電気がつかず色々試してみている間に取り込まず、案の定今朝雨に濡れてしまったタオルたちも先ほど洗濯して干し終えました。

　そして、現在キッチンにいます。電気は当分つかないので、台所で生きる決意を固めました。気づけばほぼ2畳です。人はこのスペースでもしっかり勉強の場所を確保し、食べられるスペースを確保すると、そして案外自分は強いと思い直しました。仕事への影響もなく何とか対応できた、恐らくは…そんな感じです。必死なんですけれど、こちらの必死の元に、お金を払ってまで時間を私と一緒に費やしてくださるクライエントの方に少しでも役に立てていたらいいと思います。そのために努力してもいますが、本当にそう思います。

　日中、原子力発電への反対意見としての英作文を書きました。
　帰宅してからも悩んだので合計1時間強掛かっています。
　（本番では20分から30分で書ける能力を必要とされます）

Although it is true that nuclear power plants have played a crucial role in providing society with electric power, it is high time that nuclear power plants should be banned. This is due to disposition of spent nuclear fuels, considerable catastrophes in case of any possible natural disasters, and introduction of substitute energy.
Firstly, final used nuclear fuels are to be buried deeply enough to reach stratum which are 300 meters from the ground. It is often said that operation of nuclear power plants without fixed places for final disposition which Japan has come into force is like the idea of condominium buildings without toilets. It is not practical to continue forever to depend on this energy since appropriate places to bury final used nuclear fuels are limited.
Secondly, the aspect that operations are not 100% sure to be safe is unignorable. Such absolutely essential infrastructure as electricity should be provided without depriving something valuable the most, which is humans’ health and lives.
Finally, one of the merits of using nuclear plants was less emission of CO2, compared to fossil fuels of which emission has posed serious issues. Ideal substitutions are now feasible, including solar power and wind powers. What is more, these new substitutions are not only eco-friendly but renewable with having the sources in nature. Biofuels are other ones, being able to be stored, which enable us to rely on them regardless of the weather all the time.
From the perspectives above, we have no reasons but to opt to start to think of banning nuclear power plants.

　英検まで後3日ですが、つまり状況は非常に厳しいです。

　今朝も数ある出題されるかもしれない問題を読んでいて非常に落ち込んだことも事実です。例えば動物実験。もう現実を知るということがなんて残酷なんだろうと思って。英検ではメリットとデメリットのどちらでも書けるように出題されるので、つまりは、現実の厳しさというか直面できない辛さというか。私はHSPであるし摂食障がいの性質であるので、一旦そういう題目を見るともう耐えがたく辛い。

　英検を通してたくさん考えてきている。

　明日も引き続き勉強します。
