自然のままは、美しい。無限の想像力を生みだす。 【一茶庵 稽古追想】　 Naturally, it is beautiful. In nature, it creates infinite imagination.

白居易(はくいきょう／白楽天)の代表的な詩である「晩秋閑居(ばんしゅうかんきょ)」は、よく煎茶席にかけられる。それは、この時期の夜長にぴったりな抒情詩といえるからだろう。

One of the representative poems of Bai Juyi (Bai Juyi), "Banshukankyo," is often put on the sencha table. It can be said that it is an emotional lyric poem that is perfect for the long nights of this season.

数年前、秋の夜長に雁が音を味わいながら、自然のなすがままの美しさを漢詩や短歌を通し想像をふくらませ楽しんだことがある。それが「晩秋閑居」という詩である。

A few years ago, I once enjoyed the beauty of nature at the mercy of nature through Chinese poetry and tanka while enjoying the Karigane’s Tea during the long autumn nights. That is the poem "Late Autumn Quiet".

地僻門深少送迎
披衣閑坐養幽情
秋庭不掃攜藤杖
閑蹋梧桐黄葉行

ある僻地の奥まった佇まいには客の出入りが少ない
衣を羽織ってゆったりと坐り静かに心を養う
秋の庭は掃除もせず藤の杖を手に
のどかに桐の落ち葉を踏んでゆく

There are only few customers coming and going in the deep appearance of a remote area

Put on your clothes and sit comfortably to nourish your heart

I didn't clean the autumn garden and picked up a wisteria cane
Stepping on the fallen leaves of paulownia peacefully

白楽天のこの「晩秋閑居」は、秋草や落ち葉でいっぱいの庭も晩秋の野辺のように美しいものである。ということを表している。

In this "late autumn quiet house" of Hakurakuten, the garden full of autumn grass and fallen leaves is as beautiful as the field in late autumn. It represents that.

それを踏まえてか、平安時代に詠まれた短歌がある。
珍しく煎茶稽古に短歌のお軸が掛かっていた。
詠んでゆくと、白楽天の漢詩に通じるものだった。晩秋の庭は、掃除をしない方が自然のままで美しいのだという内容の短歌である。

Based on that, there is a tanka poem written during the Heian period.
Unusually, the axis of tanka was hung on the sencha practice.
As I wrote it, it was familiar to Hakurakuten's Chinese poetry. The garden in late autumn is a tanka that says that it is more natural and beautiful if you do not clean it.

わが屋とも
くさ野かぎ里は
はなさきぬ
秋ふかくな留
野べにならひて

この短歌の題は「草花」。この歌には変体仮名が随所に使われている。平安時代に詠んだ人の感覚感性で漢字が使われているが、漢字として役割をもち、そして漢字として読むのは「秋」のみということになる。この手法も実に楽しい。表現力や想像力を存分に発揮できるような気がする。

The title of this tanka is "flowers". Hentaigana is used everywhere in this tanka. Kanji is used in the senses of people who wrote in the Heian period, but it has a role as a kanji, and only "autumn" is read. This technique is also really fun. I feel that I can fully demonstrate my expressiveness and imagination.
