深煎りの
お豆を手に入れて
淹れてみたら

かなり深く出ちゃって
久し振りの刺激に
ワクワクしながらも
その難易度に往生シています

久し振りに見た
お店のような深い珈琲色

プロみたいだなぁ~
と口にスると
かなり苦い(x_x)

飲み進めて
半分まで来たら
ミルクを足してみる

旨い!
には未だ程遠いモノの
ミルクの供給元の
牛さんの食べたモノが
香りの終わりの方に感じられる

冬に向かって居るのに
まだ青い飼い葉を
食んで居るのかしら

北海道のソレでは
感じられない夏っぽさに
産地の重要性を感じざるを得なかった

地産地消
このフレーズに唸る結果とナった

近くで食べられるモノを
想像スると

最終生産
とでも云おうか
原材料を加工スる場所の
近くで食べるのが善さそうだ

ミルクなら
搾った場所と
殺菌作業地と云うか
処理地が近いから
原材料の産地の近くが
最良とナる


241024 Where to buy coffee beans?

I got some deep roasted coffee beans.
