でも確実では無い
って結論でオケかしら

また皆が評価する
老舗だからって
自分が好きかは別問題
ってのも
有りましょう？

歴史が深いってのは
相応の根拠というか
理由にはナると想うんです

長い間お客さんの
信に足る営業が出来た
または出来ている
コレはスゴい事だと
想うんです

長い間お客さんを
満たし続けたと言うのは
老舗の称号に
やはり相応しいですモノね

ただ
自分のバックボーンや
体調など
ごく主観的な世界で
その称号が
威を揮わない事も
また有ろうかと
想うんです

僕はコメントする時
この体調問題を視野に入れて
前置きスる事にシてます
やはりサービスや手腕を
満喫できる体調で
無い場合も
有ると想うからです

そういう評価に
曝されるご主人達は
大変だよなぁ
タマったもんじゃないよなぁ
とも思うし

もちろん
他の世界だって
同じ様な条件下で
評価されるだろうから
特段外食産業だけが
って訳でもナいかぁ
