みなさんは、
人生時計というものをご存知でしょうか？
いつか読んだ本でこれに出合ってから、
私は電池の入っていない時計を
部屋の隅にちょこんと飾っています。
一年ごとに針を手動で進めています。。。
これをたまに見るのを習慣にしています☺
これは、今の自分の年齢を
24時間の時計で表したら何時になるか。
人生を客観的に見るための、
ちょっとおもしろい変わった考え方です。
今は「人生100年時代」
と言われているので、
100歳まで生きるていで例えてみますね。
1日は24時間=1,440分
1,440÷100年= 14.4 ＝
14分24秒
(↑あなたが1歳年を取る毎に針を進める数）
●31歳の場合・・・
31 × 14分24秒 ＝ 7時24分
まだ出勤前の朝ご飯を食べている時間です。
これから始まる一日に向けての準備段階です。
この時間からだと、
今日はなんでも始められる時間帯ですね✨
●45歳の場合・・・
45 × 14分24秒 ＝ 10時48分
まだランチタイムまでは1時間以上もあります。
眠気が覚めて仕事にエンジンが
かかってきた頃でしょうか💻✨
●65歳の場合・・・
65 × 14分24秒 ＝ 15時36分
3時のおやつタイムが終わった頃。
まだまだ夕方の残りの仕事に向けて
バリバリと頑張っている時間ですね🖊✨
●80歳の場合・・・
80 × 14分24秒 ＝ 19時12分
今からご自分のための楽しい時間が続きます。
美味しい夕食はこれからです♪
家族とのひと時、
自分の為の趣味の時間、
贅沢な入浴タイム・・・などなど♡
何歳まで生きるのか、
未来がどうなるのかは誰にもわからないこと。
でもこれで時間が有限だということも感じられ、
今、これから、何ができるだろう、
と少し俯瞰てして見ることもできる気がします。
私が子供の頃は、20代以降は大人で、
もう大人になったら
やりたいことなんてできないのかな、、
と思っていました。
でも、この例えを知った時は
「え？30歳ってまだ出勤すらしてない
こんな早い時間なの？
まだまだこれから先長いやん！
なんでもできるじゃん！」
っと衝撃的だったのを覚えています。
人生の立ち位置が今どの辺なのか知りたい方、
一度、この時計で見てみると
面白いかと思います＾＾
電池が切れて眠っている時計を持ってる方。
或いは、時計は100均にも売ってます♪
目に見えるところにこの時計を置いておくと、
人生について考える時間が
ちょこっと増えるかもしれませんね♡

It's time to eat breakfast before going to work.
