私たちのチームは、様々な背景を持つスタッフで構成されております。
日々の生活で困難に直面している方々、地域農業従事者、一人親家庭の保護者、健康課題を抱える方々、子育てに奮闘する家族、社会との接点を見つけるのに苦労している若者、学校から遠ざかった子どもたち、クリエイティブな才能を発揮するアーティストやシェフ、民間療法の専門家、地域の議員や行政職員、医療従事者、そして地域で粘り強く事業を継続する経営者たちと共に協力し、自然の中での教育と就労の場を提供しているNPO法人です。
また、みどり校は、地域経済にとって不利な条件の中山間地域で健闘している地域ビジネスオーナーたちのサポートにも尽力しています。彼らは地域の持続可能な成長とコミュニティの強化のために中心的な役割を果たしています。
私、土屋拓人は、代表理事として、この組織の運営にあたっています。自分自身ADHDという課題に直面しながらも、自らの脆弱性を共有することで、彼らの潜在能力を引き出し、可能性を高める支援に専念しています。
我々のチームは多彩な背景を持つ人々で組織されており、個々の障壁をシェアしながら、地域への貢献を目指しています。
しかし、私たちの活動は理解されにくく、しばしば誤解を受けることもあります。我々は資金的に恵まれているわけではなく、組織としても個人としても常に財政的な困難に立ち向かっています。
私たちの目標は、地域の経済と福祉をみんなで支え合うことです。
みどり校の活動は、皆さま一人ひとりの参加と支援によって、より豊かなものになります。
地域の子どもたち、若者、そしてすべての住民が、自然と共に学び、成長する機会を持てるよう、みどり校は引き続き尽力いたします。

Dear friends, supporters, and everyone interested in the activities of NPO Green School Fujino
Our team is composed of diverse individuals, including those facing daily life challenges, local agricultural workers, single-parent families, individuals dealing with health issues, families engaged in passionate parenting, young people struggling to find social connections, children who are distanced from schools, creative artists and chefs, experts in alternative medicine, local council members and government officials, medical professionals, and resilient business owners who continue their enterprises in the community, especially in economically challenging mountainous regions. These business owners play a crucial role in the sustainable growth and strengthening of our community.
As the representative director, I, Takuto Tsuchiya, lead this organization. Despite facing personal challenges with ADHD, I openly share my vulnerabilities to inspire and empower others, dedicating my efforts to enhance their potential. Our team, with its rich variety of backgrounds, shares individual hurdles while striving to contribute to the community.
However, our activities are often misunderstood and not easily comprehended. We face financial challenges both as an organization and personally. Our aim is to mutually support and enhance the local economy and welfare.
The endeavors of NPO Green School Fujino gain depth and richness with the participation and support of each one of you. We work tirelessly to ensure that children, youth, and all residents have opportunities to learn and grow with nature. Your small steps lead to significant strides for our entire community. 1. 里山に残る自然、そこでの暮らしで得た昔ながらの知恵、唯一無二の魅力的なアーティストたちなど、藤野のあらゆる財産を活かした、こどもおとなも楽しめるオルタナティブ教育の場づくり
2. 藤野周辺エリア(藤野、津久井、相模湖、上野原、高尾)の多様性豊かな里山を整備し保全することの一役を担う

★自立した体験活動指導者の育成
オリジナルの体験コンテンツを作成し実践する指導者を育成します。継続的な研修とフィードバックを通じて、質の高い体験活動を提供することを目指しています。
★組織としてのサポート体制の強化
必要なリソースと情報を提供し、指導者間のコミュニケーションと成長を支援します。また、SNSやウェブサイトを用いた集客サポートを行っています。
★里山との共生を促進する教育プログラムの提供
自然環境を利用した体験学習や環境保護の啓発活動を通じて、子供たちに自然の価値を教え、環境問題解決への貢献を促します。
★地域社会との連携強化
地元企業、非営利団体、公共機関と協力し、様々なプロジェクトとイベントを実施しています。地域全体としての一体感を重視し、地域コミュニティの連帯を育て、地域全体の発展と社会的変化を目指しています。
Vision of NPO Green School Fujino
★Development of Independent Experience Activity Instructors
We foster instructors who can independently create and implement original experiential content. Our goal is to provide high-quality experiential activities through ongoing training and feedback.
★Strengthening Organizational Support Systems
We provide necessary resources and information to support communication and growth among instructors. Additionally, we offer marketing support using social media and websites.
★Providing Educational Programs that Promote Coexistence with Satoyama
Through experiential learning in natural environments and environmental education activities, we teach children the importance of nature and encourage contributions to solving environmental problems.
★Strengthening Collaboration with the Local Community
In cooperation with local businesses, non-profit organizations, and public institutions, we plan and execute a variety of projects and events. We value the sense of unity in the entire community, nurturing solidarity and pursuing overall regional development and social transformation.
The philosophy of NPO Green School Fujino is deeply rooted in the understanding that the universe and everything within it are fundamentally interconnected. This principle is further reinforced by advancements in modern science, such as the theory of the quantum vacuum energy field. This theory suggests that all events in the universe are interconnected at a microscopic level and our thoughts and actions might be recorded in the cosmos in some form.
At Green School Fujino, we incorporate this concept of cosmic interconnection into our educational and experiential activities, aiming to help participants learn and feel the importance of unity with nature. We encourage self-recognition as part of the Earth and its ecosystem, guided by the spirit of “we are all one.” Through the sense of wonder, we promote the rediscovery of the marvels and beauty of nature in our daily lives. The school aims to deepen the understanding that we are connected with the past, present, future, and the entire universe, leading towards a more sustainable and harmonious way of living.
