Lhelping primary industry (farm)/make a program to find succesors of Japanese traditional artisans

Regarding this

Doing social contribution for benefit is not right.
Do volunteer and ask money is not right to do it.

but over time is not okay
Basiccaly he is not reccomend or encourage OT.
The person A who is slow to finish tasks stay late and working/ the person who got many tasks and overflow.
The person B finish tasks on time, quick finished in time.
B is more great person but can’t get more paid is not fair. ⇦This was his main point.
I asked (because not all people stay and working for money, there is situation that is needed.)
And he said ask somebody to help, don’t take it all on oneself.

He knew it is not okay but last year national holiday wasnt day off but this year make it holiday. First place when company established, no social insuarance.
so this company is still glowing (i think it doesnt matter company history because it is base of how company stand)

hiro said he also doesnt have OT system so not paid. but he stay when it needs but if sombody ask him why he cant finish it on time and etc.
make him piss off he will be a dynamyte.
