昨日パフォーマンスだった。私が使ったのは、リアーナ。トドリックは、ゲイなのでかまわないが、リアーナを使うのは、ダメらしい。

アタシの南アメリカ出身の知り合いたちは、南アメリカ的なダンスを他の人がやると嫌がるけど、北米の黒人なら、いくらやっても良いんだろうかね。

アタシがリアーナを使うのは、アジアから来たからダメで、アタシのアフリカ出身の友だちたちは構わないんだ。アタシたちは、両方、北アメリカ文化にコロニイズされてるんだけどさ。

見えない人には、見えない。

無駄にすり減ることはない。効果的に説明するのが良い。

私は、でも、イベントの主催者に申し訳なくなり、手紙を出した。

Thank you for your support. I’m sorry if my song choice for the performance was not appropriate.

I have a clear intention and reason for choosing my songs, but I don’t always want to share it. I spoke about it before because people criticized me for using Black music, even though they were using me as a token. My appearance is exactly that of a darker-skinned East Asian. Also, their studio offered hip-hop classes, which made me quite uncomfortable, so I left soon after.

In your performance, you were punching at invisible enemies, and you looked really cool. If you are on a tight budget and it’s difficult to have an opener, let me know. I could switch my performance experience to payment.
