How to spend day off
If someone asked me, “Do you exercise or run after finishing your job”? I would definitely answer “No” because I was exhausted and didn’t leave my energy. So, I think people who exercise after the job is quiet and I am proud of those people. When I come back home after work, I pass by a gym and see people running outside every time. Many people exercise and strengthen their body at the gym.
It is believed that exercising has good effects on physical and mental health. It also relieves tiredness.Mental health researchers also often say that people who exercise at least 30 minutes once or twice a week than people who don’t exercise at all can live longer. I prefer chatting or hanging out with my friends to taking exercise to relieve my tiredness.
I work every weekday. Then, I hang out with my friends on Saturday and study all day on Sunday. This is how I spend my day off. It brings me satisfaction and comfort before Monday. How we spend our days off after the long weekday is important.
