本日から「Asulight-note blog」がスタートします。日本の文化・技術を分かりやすく国内外に伝えていくためのブログです。日頃、見聞することの少ない、日本の “美しさ” “奥ゆかしさ” “清らかさ”そして “精良さ”を歴史、伝統、風習、文化、暮らし、精神、技術、学術などの分野を通し紹介していくためのものです。
そのスタートが「京・春の散策」です。京都には歴史文化からモノを製造するテクノロジーまで過去、現在、未来の時空をまたいで感じる、日本でも珍しい場所です。その第一弾が「歴史・文化」の探訪です。

京、春の散策シリーズⅠ<西本願寺>

今日は朝から千本釈迦堂(大報恩寺)を訪ね、そして西陣地域の、京都の三大花街「上七軒」を散策。
そのあと、北野天満宮を参拝し、最後に西本願寺に立ち寄り、しばし寛がせていただいた。
佳きことに恵まれた一日だった。
最後に立ち寄った西本願寺(浄土真宗本願寺派)を照らす夕陽はとっても美しかった。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　レポート/  渡邉雄二

Kyoto, Spring Walk Series <Nishi Honganji>
Today, l will visit Senbon Shakado (Daihoon-ji) from the morning, and take a stroll through the three major Geisha Quarter streets of Kamishichiken in Kyoto in the Nishijin area.
After that, I visited Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, and finally stopped at Nishi Honganji Temple to relax for a while.
It was a good day.
The sunset that lit the last stop at Nishi Honganji Temple (Jodo Shinshu Honganji Fanction) was very beautiful.　　　      Reported by Yuji Watanabe
