You may know #burnout a typical syndrom among #essentialworkers and based on my study, it's very typical in the #automotive industry.

A clue of findings?

Too much pressure in a fixed time cycle designated by #scm and final customers, called as the never-ending story.

From the different point of view.

A society as a big family would be a key of your satisfaction - #wellbeing .

Do you have people around you who you can trust and have no business ( give & take) #relationship ?

I grew up among like many of those in the video.

A small stable community which always welcomed me, let's say a kind of unconditional love and I'm always thankful and paying it to forward to the society and our future.

Many of you are doing the same as far as I know, so wish you #synergy and energy with crossed fingers.

More business as a cold business #advisor in the automotive and #investing myself for #prevention of burnout (hard work in #psychosomatics and #statistics is waiting...).

#社会福祉士 と #介護福祉士 の職務がミックスされかつ簡略化された「底辺」の #資格 を取得したことをご報告。

（ #eu で資格を統一するといった洒落たことはしてくれません。各国で認可申請が必要、余談。 ）

さてさて、社会に貢献された方々の #支援 はしながらも、現状改善には圧力をかけていきましょう。

圧力鍋🔥のように効率よく

忙しいビジネスパーソンがふらっと老人ホームに立ち寄り世間話をし、

児童生徒はお年寄りと知識を競い合い、

そしてお互い相手のニーズを感じ取りながらサポートしていく。

ちなみに本資格を取得したのは、使命感に燃えてのことではなく全く別の理由から。

私の担当は、どの領域においても「脳活性化」です。

とはいえ、これで「車椅子の他人の方」のお手伝いが堂々とできるようになりました。

そして、「時には何もしないこと、見守ること」がとても大切であることを再認識しながら。

お年寄りにたくさん囲まれて育った幼少期を思い出しながら。

ステキな方との多くの出会いをいただいた「学習過程」に感謝を込めて。
