母の命日

縄文人は生物無生物すべてが再生すると信じていたらしい。亡くなった人や生き物、食べ終わった殻などと一緒に、使えなくなったモノをわざと壊して、同じ場所に埋めたり置いたりしていたそうだ。アニミズムとかそういう話ではなく、当時の暮らしから自然に生まれた考え方ではなかろうか。私達現代人の方がよほど野蛮だと思った。😳

My mother's anniversary.

Apparently, the Jomon believed that everything, both living and inanimate, would regenerate. He would purposely destroy the tools that were no longer useful, along with the dead, the living things, and the shells that had been eaten, and then bury or put them all in the same place. I thought,  It's not about animism or anything like that, but a way of thinking that came naturally from the life of the time. We modern people are much more barbaric.😳
