弊社ではilli Staysというグループ滞在向けホテルを運営しています。
以前、施工途中とお伝えしていた、
illi Mani Shibuya303が完成いたしました！！
長い工事期間を経て、この空間が形になったことを大変うれしく思います。まずは、このプロジェクトを支えてくださった皆さま、
そして期待を寄せてくださった皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。
今日は、施工途中の写真と完成後の写真をビフォーアフター形式でご紹介します。

ビフォー写真の紹介
ベッドルーム
施工途中のベッドルームは、はしごやマットレスがなかったので、
どんな空間になるのか想像を掻き立てる状態でした。
落ち着いた色合いと温かみのある照明で、リラックスできる空間に仕上がりました。
リビングダイニング
床やカウンターの施工が進行中でした。
広々とした設計に加え、柔らかいウッド調のインテリアが心地よい雰囲気を演出。
ここで過ごす時間がとても楽しみです。

キッチンダイニング
キッチンダイニングは、上部の棚がまだ見えていない状態。
モダンなデザインと実用性を兼ね備えた空間に。
黒の棚がアクセントになりぐっとしまった印象に！タイルもなんだか高級感あります！
料理が楽しくなること間違いなしです！
デザインのこだわり
今回のお部屋のデザインは、弊社の星川が担当しました！
こだわりポイントをいくつかご紹介します。
タイル張りの造作ダイニングテーブル
ダイニングテーブルは造作で、タイル張りの仕上げになっています。
側面と天板で異なる質感を持たせることで、高級感のあるデザインに…！（家にも欲しい！）
実用性を兼ね備えたキッチン収納
収納力を確保するため、キッチン上部には吊り戸を設置。
デザインだけでなく、実用性もしっかり考えられています！
照明デザインへのこだわり
部屋のどこを見ても素敵に照らされている…！と思ったら、
これも星川のこだわりの一つでした。
天井は暗くなりがちですが、
まんべんなく光が当たるよう計算されたデザインになっています。
また、壁面にも光を当てることで、
空間全体が明るく感じられる工夫が施されています。
さらに、リブや木毛セメントのテクスチャーを際立たせるため、壁面照明を活用。
光によって素材の質感がより一層引き立つ仕上がりになっています！
こうした細部へのこだわりが、特別な空間を生み出しているのだと実感しました…！

Before Photo
Bedroom
The bedroom during construction had no ladder or mattress, so it was in a state that captured the imagination of what kind of space it would be. The calm colors and warm lighting created a relaxing space.
Living and dining room
Construction of the floor and countertops was underway. In addition to the spacious design, the soft wood interior creates a comfortable atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to spending time here.
Kitchen Dining Room
In the kitchen/dining room, the upper shelves are not yet visible. The space combines modern design with practicality. The black shelves accentuate the space and give it a much tighter look! The tiles also have a somewhat luxurious feel! Cooking will definitely become more enjoyable!
Design Attention
Our company's Mr. Hoshikawa was in charge of the design of this room! Here are some of our special points.
Tiled dining table
The dining table is a custom-made dining table with a tiled finish. By having different textures on the sides and the top, the design has a luxurious feel...! (I want one in my house!)
Kitchen storage with practicality
To ensure storage capacity, a hanging door is installed in the upper part of the kitchen. Not only the design, but practicality is also well considered!
Attention to Lighting Design
Everywhere you look in the room is wonderfully illuminated...! This is one of Hoshikawa's specialties.
The ceiling tends to be dark, but the design was calculated so that the light shines evenly. Also, by illuminating the wall surfaces, the entire space is made to feel brighter.
In addition, wall lighting is utilized to accentuate the texture of the ribs and wood-cement. The light brings out the texture of the materials even more!
It was this kind of attention to detail that made the space feel special...!
