Thailand's Prime Minister has met with survivors of the mass killing at a nursery school where 23 children died.  The nation is in mourning after the deaths of 36 people in the gun and knife attack.

Two further explosions, sir heard, as rescuers continue to search the rubble（瓦礫、破片）in the city of Zapparasia in Ukraine.  More than 24 hours after a series of Russian missiles hit civilian homes.  12 people are now confirmed to have died.

President Biden is pardoning（恩赦する）all Americans convicted of marijuana possession under federal laws.  The drugs classification will be reassessed.  Republicans have criticized the move but rights activists have welcomed their impact on racial disparities （格差）in the justice system.

At the software giant Microsoft says the West needs to be vigilant （警戒する）about the security of undersea cables carrying Internet traffic.
