どうなんだろ
僕はハイ・エデュケーションで無いし
ましてや文学少年でも無かったし

案外
”大事な事は漫画が総て教えてくれた”
型の人間なんじゃないかな

大人ってヤツは
漫画だけで無くて
歴史とか文学とか
古典に明るかったり
スるんだろうけど

僕は其の辺りが
スッカリ抜け落ちてるから
ジャンプから始まって
マガジン、ヤングジャンプ
ビジネスジャンプ
位までは雑誌で買って

それ以降は
図書館でセット借りシて

後は紹介サれて読んだり
図書館のリストで
ジャケ買いならぬジャケ借り

小遣い制でない僕には
図書館は特に有り難かった

物理学から経済学
宗教学に解剖学
版画や絵画

CDも借りられたから
たくさん聴いたよ

何より雑誌が
館内なら読めたんだ

アイアンマンは何度も読んだね
メモも取ったし

自分が実践シて居るのは
マイク・メンツァーの
ヘビーデューティだったんだ
とか

ドリアン・イェーツの
ワークアウト内容を見て
腰が抜けそうなくらい驚いたり

アレは僕にとって
みんなの大学生活に該当シたと想う

I don't know.
I wasn't a high educator.
And I wasn't a literary boy.

I guess I'm more of a "manga taught me everything I need to know" type of person.

Adults...
I'm sure adults are knowledgeable about history, literature, and the classics as well as manga.

But I'm completely missing that part of it.
I started with Jump
Magazine, Young Jump.
Business Jump
I buy magazines up to about

After that
I borrow a set from the library.

The rest I read when I'm introduced to them.
on the library's list.
I don't buy jackets, I borrow jackets.

I didn't have an allowance.
I especially appreciated the library.

From physics to economics
Religious studies and anatomy
Prints and paintings

I could borrow CDs.
I listened to a lot.

And best of all, there were magazines.
You could read inside the library.

I read Iron Man over and over again.
I took notes.

I'm practicing what I'm practicing.
Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty.
And

I've seen Dorian Yates' workouts
I was so amazed that I almost lost my mind.

I think that was what everyone calls college life for me.
