筋肉痛がスゴい

ショルダープレスで
起きた筋肉痛と想われます
思いの外
効いちゃって
挙手がキツいです
重すぎたかしら
筋肉痛で動き辛いのは
実践的で無いものなぁ
普段
動く範囲に
筋肉痛のエリアが
出来ちゃうと厳しい
やはり柔らかさも
喪われているだろうし
何よりチカラが入らない
暫く馴れるまで
同じ重量で続けるのか
それとも
減量して経過を見るか
この問題は
いつも悩ましいのよね
客観的に
自分を育てられないのは
遠回りにナり易いよね
甘えや幻想が
ついて回って
最短ルートで上達できない
その分
遠回りにナっちゃう
ストイックさと言うか
クールさと言うか
そういう冷静さ
みたいなモノより
ヤりたい事
進みたい方向
希望の方に進んじゃう
