スクワットをシた週は

と
ジャンプ
を行って
ステップをシた週は
dumbbell jerk press
と
standing dead rowing
を行う予定で
今月も当初のまま
行う予定だったのに
先週辺りから
アベコベに展開してる
下半身主体の全身
肩周り
背中or全身
みたいな三竦みで
展開はデキてるけど
明日こそは
慎重に行わないとなぁ
って
ちょっとドキドキしてます
コレ以外にも
色んなシチュエーションで
細々としたミスが
この所グンと増えていて
周りの皆さんの
有り難いフォローアップに
