副反応は
だいぶ軽い
と言えたと想います

それでも
ワークアウトなどは
勘弁して欲しい感じで

少しでも動くと
心拍数が上がって
シンプルにシンドい感じです

背中の中央
脊柱起立筋群界隈に
得も言われぬ
多分副反応特有の
重たい感じが有ります

後は少しモチベーション
下がっています

身体が怠いからなのか
それとも精神に
影響して居るからなのか
ちょっと判然とシませんが

何か行動を起こす時に
嘆息１つ要る感じです

こうやって考えると
いろいろ有りましたね
喉元過ぎれば熱さを忘れる
じゃないけど
もう無かったみたいに
