今日は、ものすごく寒かったので鍋にしましたが、
しめじも入れました！

旬は9月10月だそうですが、きのこは年中安定して出ているイメージです。
きっと施設で栽培してるんでしょうねーー

I often use Shimeji mushrooms for our dinner recipes.

We can see this mushroom everyday in the super market, but it's season is around September to October.
