Hello 2024 （2023年を英語で振り返り）

Happy New Year 🤍

Reflecting on my 2023(- a little bit late, as usual! ),
it was such an adventurous but also incredibly meaningful, magical year for me. I could experience a lot of new things and deeply cultivate what I’ve been inspired to do.

I am so grateful for all the beautiful people who have been in my journey and supported me in any way to make me grow and go through hard times as well as share smiles!
I also got to learn more how beautiful it was to be able to share my experience and navigate those who have similar dreams that I have gone through, as a consultant, English teacher & mentor. Seriously, who thought about this 8 years ago hehe.

Nursing is still a huge part of me (I’d have to admit! ) that I would never leave behind !
On daily basis, I feel so privileged to be able to support patients and their loved ones, during probably one of the most tough times in their lives. It gives me a lot of insights of death and life. Compassion and love. Communication and empathy. Boundaries and self care.
There are unlimited things to continue to be learnt !

For my personal life, I definitely made the most.
Very very special memories with all my important people will never be forgotten.

Japan trip was truly fun and heartwarming with graceful cherry blossoms around the whole time.

The first time Middle East was a little adventure but I absolutely loved it. Will definitely go back again.

Europe trip was something that it felt like a dream and it still does. Remember that I fell in love with every single thing that captured my eyes. Beautiful, loving moments will be forever in my heart and continue to inspire me !

In The Philippines, people there were so kind and giving. At the same time, seeing the poverty right next to extravagant buildings made my heart broken.

All experiences, memories and people.
All the colours and the sensations.
They are there to be felt and shared.
The world is there to be explored.
And love is to be given and received.

I’ll continue practising and learning.
