The fake legal company.

so my supervisor talked about how to take enough(1hour break for 8hours working), with the p department Mr.o.
*in the company there are workers who have disability. It’s one of the low that they have to hirerhise people who have disability “more than 1person per 43.5people in the company”

In our departent, as you know no break(often have lunch durling we are moving to place to place), no over time work is paid(as company they do’not count, no timecard).

One day we needed more people for helping replace furnitures to house to house(homestaging), and Bus tour(onlooking a house when it is still constructing for family who is concidering to buy a house).

Back to story,
so my senpai asked the other department to ask for help for that day, but the guy who is asked to come is the guy who have deaf. so might be differebt contract he and this company,so my senpai talked Mr.O to check the contract about especially break time.
Senpai was worried if neccesary to have a 1hour break as real break, we might not able to have a break. Because we many times happen take lunch break in the car while we move to place to place. so senpai thinks it will be touched his contract.
It should be! asked!
HOWEVER, exept him also needed to have a lunch break as rights!
It is a low(again), over 6:00 working neccesary at least 45min break. If it is over 8:00 requested 1:00 break.
But my senpai and all only concern about his break is not making sence for us.
We should be keep the promise first and if those people need extra break let them take that break.

Second,
When we moving to the spot to spot, my supervisor drives highace toyota car.
He was falling asleep many times crossing tge side lane and make noise for attention the driver it is not right space for driving.
sometimes almost hit the centre small wall to separate the way.
I saw in the room mirror his eyes was almost closed.
He knew he didn’t have enough sleep and he has not take daufoff from last Saturday, so technically he did not take dayoff for 6days continue.

I was felt scared…
