1. ゴールを意識した段取り、 その仕事の目的を明確に
2. 段取り八分は想像力 なるべく具体的に仕上がりを想像する
3. 情報収集で段取りを決定 ネットにばかり頼らない。周囲に聴くのはもちろん、電話する、行ってみる。
4. 段取り八分を常に意識。 準備が完璧なら不安にならない。
5. 段取り八分をルーチン化 いつでも準備。呼吸をするように準備。
人と話す、打ち合わせる、会議する、
相手の時間をもらうことであり自分の時間を与えること。
だから、会っている時間を最大限効率よくすことを考える。
