本堂での「写経」、心も体も整えられる。【雲龍院Ⅲ】　　 "Sutra(Shakyo)" in the main hall, the mind and body are prepared.

この雲龍院に通う最大の目的は「写経」である。写経を行い、写経する時間を楽しむために。
本堂の「龍華殿」が写経場であり、障子で閉ざされた雰囲気は別の時空間を感じさせる。本尊の薬師如来像の横に写経塔があり、その中に光子内親王が書かれた写経が納められ、写経のご本尊として安置されている。

The main purpose of attending this Unryu-in Temple is "Sutra(Shakyo)". To do sutra and enjoy the time of sutra.
The main hall "Ryukaden" is the sutra hall, and the atmosphere closed by shoji makes you feel another time and space. Next to the statue of Yakushi Nyorai, the main sutra statue, in which the Sutra written by Mitsuko-Naishinno is stored and is enshrined as the main sutra statue of the Sutra.

本堂に入ると、雲龍院独特の、写経をする前の所作がある。まず、「丁字(ちょうじ)」の木の花蕾を乾燥させたものを一つ口に含む。身体を清める「塗香(ずこう)」を手に塗る。そして心を清める「酒水(しゃすい)」をほんの少し頭に注ぐ。この三つの所作が終われば座につく。
写経をする机は、後水尾天皇によって寄進された机を現在も使用しているというから精神的高揚感が高まる。そして、机に置かれている写経用紙には菊の御紋が添えられ、用紙には薄く般若心経が刷られている。それを朱墨で写していく。

When you enter the main hall, there is a work unique to Unryu-in before the sutra. First, one mouth contains dried buds of "Choji" tree. Apply to hands "Zuko" to cleanse your body. Then, pour a little "Shasui" to cleanse your mind. When these three actions are over, you will sit down.
As the desk for the sutras, be used the desk donated by Emperor Gomizuo, so I feel more uplifted. The chrysanthemum pattern is attached to the copy sutra paper placed on the desk, and the thin Sutra is printed on the paper. I will copy it with red ink.

それから静かな時が流れる。
写経のあとの、方丈で庭園を眺めながらの一服は、心も体も整えられていくようである。

Then a quiet time comes.
After the sutra, the cup of green tea while looking out at the garden seems to prepare the mind and body.
