【歌詞・和訳⑥】Summer Tears / SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]:mica

みなさんこんにちは、Hiruと申します。記事をご覧いただきありがとうございます。間が空いてしまいましたが、今回も澤野弘之さんの楽曲の和訳に挑戦していこうと思います。第６回目となる今回は、2015年に発売されたSawanoHiroyuki[nZk]名義での1stアルバム『o1』より、『Summer Tears』です。季節もちょうど夏ですし、頑張ってみようと思います！アルバム『o1』の全曲ダイジェストの動画も以下に掲載しますので、気になった方はぜひアルバムも聴いて下さい。全曲聴いて下さい！全曲です。

夏らしい晴れの日だというのに、涙が僕の頬を伝っている

港の周りは綺麗に光がきらめいていて

涙を隠すにはなんて良い日なんだろうか

「すみません、写真を撮ってもらえますか？」と言うぐらい綺麗なきらめきだ

１番の途中までです。１行目から何だか悲しさがにじみ出ていますね。「夏」らしい爽やかな感じではなく、夏の別れがテーマのように思います。最後の１文「On Ain't it nice... 」の訳がこれでいいのかな…というような感じです。訳し方によっては「All the people walking on the riverside」がきらめいている、というような感じになりかねませんでした（笑）ここは、私の日本語力の問題ですね…。もっと英語力・日本語力共々身につけていきたいです。。

２番もまた悲しいですね、、、酒に溺れてしまいそうという気持ちは分からないでもないですが…（泣）

これで『Summer Tears』の訳は終了です。最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。夏の曲、ましてや恋愛の曲では明るい曲調が多いようなイメージが合ったのですが、何というか重く、悲しい曲でしたね。タイトルの『Summer Tears』で何となく察しが付く所もあったんじゃないかというところですが…（笑）
