Self-Acceptance 2 [What should I accept to?]

Last time, i wrote “it is important about Self-Acceptance.”

Simply saying, it that it is useless for resistance you make for it.
However, I understand that some of you feel confusion that “But how I can accept myself and what I need to accept?”

So at this time, I will explain you what you need to know to accept yourself.

1. Your personality
You need to accept what you are and then, you will think of your strengths so that can be becoming happier.
Remember that you have both advantage and disadvantage, respectively. Well, that’s the science’s resolutions.

2. Your Emotion, Passion, or Feelings
* For negative...(It is fine if it is positive one, you can ignore it.)
- what kind of circumstances you feel that?
- And how you calculate or describe that negative feeling?
Somehow, you should ignore both positive and negative thoughts on you without resistance, should be fine.

3. Trauma
Let’s take any causable negative thoughts.
It is fine if you were with normal parental affection and guidance you had in your childhood.
However, it will affect your future if you were put in any circumstances, like neglecting, abusing, or your parents has mental disorder, or they have addictions such as, drugs, alcohol, or smoking. And those makes you be higher risk of depression in your future and makes your self-esteem going down.

It does not mean you need to dare to obey such adverse things.
What is important for this is “Let’s take that negative thoughts and feelings that trauma causing.”
It is so nonsense that taking controlled by that negativities.
