Do You Think It Is True That Dietary Fiber Makes You See A Good Night Dream?
First of all, resistant starch is a one of dietary fiber to become bacteria’s feed, it makes body’s performance up.

The relationship between the dream and resistant starch is actually not extravagant story because I heard somebody saying “I’ve become remembering my dream!” or “I’ve become seeing lucid dream!” which I don’t experience yet.
So there is one possibility of theory popping up into my mind is “short chain fatty acid”
Short chain fatty acid is about a substance that resistant starch is fermented in our intestine. It has high anti inflammation. Person who has more butyric acid suppressing IL-1 and TNF-α volume.
The relationship between sleep and immunity
Well then, why that substance relates with a dream because of strong relation between sleep and immunity. Good explanation from 2005 study showing.
“Two cytokine of IL-1 and TNF-α from many data saying that they are related with sleep controlling deeply. Biochemistry and molecular genetics data pointing out those cytokines control human’s sleep and an action of getting up.”
It’s interesting that a substance of making inflammation, in fact controlling our sleep.

“A mouse increased IL-1 and TNF-α got more amount of non REM sleep. A participants who was lack of sleep increased amount of IL-6 in their blood that reduced amount of REM sleep in a experiment to humans.”
It means when your body has more inflammation, REM sleep will be reduced. Interesting isn’t it?
