毎年12/26は、クリスマスが終わって街の景色が一変する日。
Bar Higuchiのエントランスには、今年も真新しい門松🎍がやって来ました。
澄んだ空気と心地良い冷気の中、新しい年を迎える準備が日本のあちらこちらで進んでいる気配が感じられます。
今年当店に入荷したボトルの｢My Favorite｣を投稿する企画第3弾。
Top10ではなく、Top30くらいにしないと｢もったいない｣気がしてしまうのは何故でしょう。
それだけ多くの魅力溢れる『飲む芸術』に出会った証左ですが、選べないものを選ぶ、つまり『何を(リストから)捨てるのか』というのは存外大事なこと❗️
自分ではそうでもないと思っていますが、｢何にでも拘りまくる｣と称される私が選んだ今年のお気に入りは、以下の通り。

Every year, December 26th is the day when Christmas is over and the scenery of the city changes completely.
A brand new Kadomatsu 🎍 has arrived at the entrance of Bar Higuchi again this year.
In the clear air and the pleasant cold air, you can feel that preparations for the new year are progressing here and there in Japan.
The third project to post "My Favorite" of bottles that arrived at our bar this year.
Why do you feel "mottainai" if you don't make it about Top30 instead of Top10?
It's a proof that I've come across so many fascinating "drinking arts", but it's surprisingly important to choose what you can't choose, that is, "what to throw away (from the list)" ❗️
I don't think that's the case, but my favorite this year, which is called "I'm obsessed with everything," is as follows.
