October 28, 2024: Studying Maths (68), Hypothesis Tests （数学の勉強（68）、仮説検定）

For about one week, I have worked on hypothesis tests. The task was not as easy to understand at I expected. But I managed to finish it. The textbook still has the last section, mechanics, to do, but I chose not to go any further. Instead, I will begin the book again from the beginning. I will need to do this to understand the maths better. As with learning English grammar, one time is not good enough to understand maths, too. I need to do so at least 3 times. It will be a very long way to understand fully maths, and I will need patient and strong determination to complete it.

　約1週間、仮説検定に取り組んでいました。思っていたほど簡単ではありませんでした。でも、何とか終えることができました。数学のテキストには、まだ最終章の力学が残っているのですが、これ以上進まないことにしました。その代わり、このテキストをもう一度最初かやることにしました。数学をより理解するには必要と判断しました。英文法を学ぶのと同じように、数学も1回では理解しきれません。少なくとも3周は必要でしょう。数学を深く理解するのはとても長い道のりで、忍耐と強い意志が必要です。
