Memo of English Phrases （英語のフレーズ）

This is the memo of English phrases I have learnt from what I read.

1. Best off Doing
   I searched for the optimal time of day to do it and the pace I should be going. It turns out, to burn fat and reduce stress, I would be best off doing a brisk early morning walk.

2. Ask out
   First dates can be terrifying and most singles would agree that finding the right person to ask out, and then actually asking them out, is the hardest part of dating.

3. Time well spent
   1) To enhance productivity, it's crucial to ensure your time is well-spent on tasks that align with your goals.
   2) Prioritizing tasks and minimizing distractions allows for time-well-spent and increased efficiency.

   ウォーキングをするのに最適な時間帯とペースを調べたところ、脂肪を燃やし、ストレスを軽減するには、早朝に早足でウォーキングをするのが最善だとわかりました。

2. Ask out （誘う/招待する）
   初デートは恐ろしいもので、独身者のほとんどが、デートに誘うのにふさわしい相手を見つけ、そして実際にデートに誘うことが、デートの最大の難関だといいます。

3. Time well spent （時間を有効活用する）
   1) 生産性を高めるには、やるべきことに時間を有効に使うことが目標達
   成のためには、重要です。
   2) やるべきことに優先順位をつけ、注意散漫にならないようにすること
   で、時間を有効に使い、効率を高めることができます。
