2021年12月18日（土）と19日（日）の2日間、日本にいながら多文化協働を体験できる、体験型 多文化協働越境プログラム”SHIP”を開催することが決定しました！
SHIPは、年齢や職業のみならず、国籍といったそれぞれ多様なバックグラウンドを持つ参加者が集まり、1つのテーマについて各自の視点や考えを共有しながら、”違い”はコラボレーションの源泉であることを体験する新しい形の学びのプログラムです。
「国際交流に興味があるけど英語が不安…」「多様性（ダイバーシティ）ってどんな感じ？」「グローバルな視点を、多様な参加者から得たい！」
そんなあなたに、週末留学気分でさまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ人と
チームを組んでアイデアを考える特別な2日をお送りします。
年齢・性別・国/文化・職業が多様な参加者とともに、想像もしなかった新しいアイデアを創造する経験をしてみませんか？
家族参加（未就学児もOK！）、ひとり参加、グループ参加などなど、大歓迎です。

今回のSHIPのテーマは
”2050年のテーマパークを考えよう！”
2050年に生きる人々の生活はどんなふうになっているだろう？日本は、世界は、どんな環境になっているだろう？2050年の「あそび」とは？
すこし先、だけど、いつか訪れる2050年に、オープンさせるテーマパークはどんなものがあったらいいだろう？参加者それぞれの視点や経験を交わしながら、考えていく2日間にしてみませんか？
「ダイバーシティ」「インクルージョン」と聞くようになったけど正直よくわからない…という方や、最近あまり新しい視点と出会うことがないなぁという方、身近に溢れる多様性を感じたい方や、さまざまバックグラウンドを持つ方との関わりを持ちたい方にもおすすめです。
また、今回のテーマにあわせて、1日目は世界最大の屋内型ミニチュア・テーマパーク「SMALL WORLDS TOKYO」で開催することが決定しました！そして2日目は「航海」がテーマになっている京セラ様のみなとみらいリサーチセンターで開催いたします。
SMALL WORLDS TOKYOは2020年4月にオープンしたばかり！SHIPが16時に終わったあと、20時までは展示を自由にご覧いただけます。

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a two-day experiential multicultural cross-border program called "SHIP" on December 18 (Sat.) and 19 (Sun.), 2021, where you can experience multicultural collaboration while still in Japan!
SHIP is a new type of learning program where participants from diverse backgrounds such as age, occupation, and nationality gather to share their perspectives and ideas on a single theme, and experience that "differences" are the source of collaboration. This is a new type of learning program.
SHIP's theme is "Let's create a theme park that will open in 2050!

"Let's create a theme park that will open in 2050!
What will life be like for people in 2050? What kind of environment will Japan and the world be like in 2050?
What kind of theme park should be opened in the year 2050? Why don't we make this a two-day event where participants can exchange their perspectives and experiences, and think about these issues?
The program includes
・Input sessions by guest speakers working in a variety of fields

・Review of the input sessions and sharing of insights
・Group work
Group work, etc. will be announced as soon as they are decided.
If you haven't encountered many new perspectives lately, or if you want to feel the diversity that surrounds you, or if you want to interact with people from different backgrounds, this is the place for you.
In line with the theme of this year's event, the first day will be held at SMALL WORLDS TOKYO, the world's largest indoor miniature theme park! On the second day, the event will be held at Kyocera's Minatomirai Research Center, where the theme is "Voyage".
The second day will be held at Kyocera's Minato Mirai Research Center, which has a "nautical" theme. SMALL WORLDS TOKYO has just opened in April 2020!

*The participation fee includes two days of participation and a day ticket to SMALL WORLDS TOKYO. After SHIP ends at 16:00, you are free to view the exhibition until 20:00.

Language used: Mainly Japanese. English speakers are also welcome to participate, as English will be used in the overall facilitation and materials as appropriate.
