#210【English】Morning Talk To-Do

Good morning everyone, it's December 9th, and it's time for Amber's Morning English Talk.
It's currently 9 degrees Celsius, with thick clouds above Tokyo today. It won't be getting much warmer, either, with temperatures rising to about 11 degrees around lunch time.
Today's Morning Talk is probably a little shorter than usual today, because I have a very long to-do list. Last night I was having trouble sleeping due to the huge list of things I need to get done this week. I literally felt like my brain was going to pop like a balloon if I didn't write down my tasks for the week. So, I took a little bit of time to go through everything that needs to be completed and wrote up a nice long to-do list.
By nature, I have a tendency to be a little bit disorganized, and this is a trait I've been working on fixing since my time in University. I used to never use to-do lists or notebooks to write down memos, and would always try to rely on my actual memory in my head. Which for me, is not really the best option, because I am insanely easy to distract.
So I'd like to ask a question to wrap up today's talk: Are you an organized person, or a little bit disorganized like me? What do you do to stay organized?
