＜外観＞
淡いルビー。けどピンクっぽさは消えてダークチェリーのような色になってる

＜香り＞
レッドチェリー、ラズベリー、バラと、樽由来の繊細なバニラ、アニス、クローヴ、ナツメグを感じつつも、メインで香るのはドライクランベリー、ドライイチジク、レザー、林床など熟成した香り。
WSET: The wine has a medium(+) intensity and it is developing. The aromas are of red cherry, raspberry, rose, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, anise, dried cranberry, dried fig, leather and forest floor.

＜味わい＞
赤系果実・樽由来・、熟成の香りが相まって口中が香水！笑
タンニンが数年前まで結構あったような感じで余韻があります、スムースの一歩手前というところ。酸味と果実味が先に落ち着きすぎてしまっている感じがするけど、それでも美味しい💓アルコールが思ったより低くてびっくり！
WSET: The wine is dry with medium(+) acidity, medium tannin, medium alcohol and medium(+) body. It has a medium(+) flavour intensity and medium(+) finish. The flavours are of red cherry, raspberry, rose, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, anise, dried cranberry, fig, leather and forest floor.
