Russian state media report the arrest of eight suspects in connection with the explosion on the Kerch bridge linking Russia with Crimea.  The Russian Security Service said five Russians and three people from Ukraine and Armenia had been detained. 

ロシアの国営メディアは、ロシアとクリミアを結ぶクリミア大橋の爆発事件に関連し、8人の容疑者を逮捕したと報じています。ロシア保安庁によると、ロシア人5名とウクライナ、アルメニア出身の3名が拘束されたそうです。 

The pound has slipped again after the head of the Bank of England announced an end to its emergency intervention in the pension industry. It comes as new figures show the UK's economy shrank by 0.3 percent in August.

Memorial services have been held in Australia to mark the 20th anniversary of the Bali bombings.  The 202 victims were from more than 20 countries.

And the BBC World Service Investigation has found that social media giant TikTok takes up to 70% of the donations through their app given to displaced families（住む場所を奪われた家族）in Syria.
