インド歴史文化　老舗レストラン・エンバシー

この老舗レストラン・エンバシーの設立に関わった人は、インド・パキスタン分離独立の頃、カラチからデリーへ移って来た、と聞きました。レストランは火事で焼け落ちた事はありますが、その後、修復。内装は荘重と思いました。料理も正統派だと思います。以下は、新聞による店に関する記事です。

The people involved in setting up this authentic restaurant, Embassy, moved from Karachi to Delhi around the time of the Indo-Pakistan partition, I was told. Die an der Einrichtung dieses authentischen Restaurants, Embassy, beteiligten Personen zogen von Karatschi nach Delhi, etwa zur Zeit der Indisch-Pakistanischen Teilung, wie mir gesagt wurde. Es war einmal bei einem Feuer niedergebrannt, wurde aber restauriert. Ich dachte, die Inneneinrichtung sei majestätisch. Auch das Essen ist orthodox, fand ich. On m'a dit que les personnes qui ont créé ce restaurant authentique, Embassy, ont quitté Karachi pour Delhi à l'époque de la partition Indo-Pakistanaise.
