農林水産省による「海外における日本食レストラン数の調査結果」は、令和5年の時点でなんと187,000店。令和3年の調査から約2割の増加という事実。

According to a survey conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan, the number of Japanese restaurants overseas was 187,000 in 2023. This is a 20% increase from the 2021 survey.
