240723 業間と言う名のバッファ

ジョブとジョブの間の時間
つまり業間がゼロ
に設定サれている人が居る

多忙な人に多いんだけど
この手の人と仕事をスると
叱咤が増えるんです

僕が叱咤スるんじゃなくて
当事者が誰かをスるんです

本人は至って誠実に
事に当たって居るだけ
なのに誰かを𠮟るケースが
出て来るんです

コレは本人が
ソコソコの地位に居るケース
が多いからなんです

つまり有能なんですよね
その所為ナのか周りも出来る筈だ
と言う無意識の押し付け
またデキない場合の差別を生むんです

本人は相手にも出来ると想うし
その有能感からナのか
本人も相手をサポート出来る
と思い込んでる訳です

実際には業間を織り込んで無いので
ドンドン押して
本人の業務に支障が出て来ます

僕のフォローできる事は
業間が織り込まれて居ない事実の提示
そして本人自身に
必要な時間が用意されて居ない事を
キチンと伝える
位なんです

まぁ大体の有能さんは
コレで十分です

中学受験で言う処の
駅ー自宅 往復問題
がイメージできるか
が分かれ目です

Some people have the time between jobs set to zero.

It's very common among busy people.

They think they can support the other person.

and tell them that they don't have the time they need to do their own work.
That's about all I can do.

Well, that's enough for most competent people.
This is enough.

It's like taking the junior high school entrance exam.
The difference is whether you can imagine the problem of going back and forth from the station to your home.
