モーターとコイルスプリングと
ベルトドライブだと知りました

真っ先に想ったのは
駒落ちシないの？
でした

空気も汚れ易く
油や湿気に曝され易い

ソコに樹脂製のベルト
ってどうなの？と想ったのです

代案を出すなら
シャフトに螺旋を切って
ソコにナットみたいな
リーダーを組んで
ソレがシャッターを昇降スる

クローズドのベアリングを組めば
静粛性…( ･_･)は
どうかしらね

この辺りはメーカーのノウハウ
夥しいトライ＆エラーの果ての
ベルトドライブなんだろうから
なかなか別の候補やアイデアは
採用まで辿り着かないよねぇ

１つ問題を発見

シャフトドライブだと
シャフトを回せるだけの
高トルク型のモーターが要るかも

あれ？
それはベルトドライブでも同じか？
あっシャフトドライブの方が
小さなモーターでイケるわ
ネジのピッチ次第だものね
