今の所の自分の考える
理想のコーヒーの味わい

我ながら
凄いタイトルだなぁ
と若干ドキドキしてます

結論から話すのは
なかなかシンドいですが
詰まる所
濃厚な味わいが
キチンと感覚器官

舌は勿論
鼻腔、唇、口腔
咽頭、食道に胃
最後にもう一度
鼻腔を通る
この一連に
キチンと作用する

しかも何処も彼処も
心地よい
…いや
ウマいと感じる
コレが究極の
コーヒーの食味であろう
と考えています

正直に話すと数回
抽出デキたと想うんです

あまりの旨さに
ポットまで戻って
お代わりをシたら

もう別物だったんです
コーヒーの温度が
下がっちゃったからだろう
とその時は結論づけました
酸化や何かが飛び込んだ

…こういう時も
コンタミネーション
って謂うのかしら
そういうモノも
見当たらなかったんです
