最小限のこと以外はしない1日。でも筋肉痛。
そして少し学んだ中での言葉「愛の選択」と「恐怖の選択」。自分の人生でどちらを多くしているのか、改めて振り返る。
これからは、少しでも心が弾む方へ。

A day that does nothing but the minimum. But muscle pain.
