DEIは、自分のために他人に強制的に配慮を求める企みです。

しかし、実際に求められている行動は、Diversityでは「・・・心地よい居場所があること」、Equityでは「・・・一人ひとりに合った環境を整えること」、Inclusionでは「・・・活躍できる場を提供すること」であり、つまり、自分たちは何もしないで、自分たち以外にそのようにもてなすよう「要求」しているということなのです。

つまり、問題は、「自分たちはありのまま」で、何をしなくても、何ができなくても、「心地よく、整った環境で、活躍できるように」しろと要求している、という信じ難いことが公然と要求され、しかも社会がこれを受け入れているということなのです！
まともな社会は、これを受け入れることができません！なぜなら、社会は、能力、努力、適正に応じて場を得ていくところだからです。誰でも（何をしなくても、何もできなくても）心地よい世界を作れと要求するなどもってのほか。しかし、DEI運動によって、それが現実になっているのです。トランプ大統領やイーロンマスク氏がDEI反対しているのは、この暴挙を排除したいと言っているに過ぎない。そういうことなのです！
