7. 浴槽に入る前に「かけ湯」をしましょう
Before getting in, rinse your entire body with bath water.
浴槽に入る前に体全体に浴槽のお湯をかけましょう。
Pour some bath water over your body with a washbowl [bucket/wash basin] to get used to the temperature.
お湯の温度に体を慣らすため、湯桶［バケツ／洗面器］でお湯を体にかけてください。
Use the washbowl [bucket/wash basin] for “kakeyu” by splashing your whole body with hot water from the bath. This helps your body slowly get used to the water temperature before getting in.
湯桶［バケツ／洗面器］で湯船のお湯を体にかけて「かけ湯」をしてください。これで入浴する前に体をお湯の温度に慣れさせます。
8. 浴槽の中にタオルを入れないでください
