【詩】神がわからない

私には　神がわからない　

神がわからない私なので　
その神の子とやらも　わからない　

ましてや　その神の子の誕生日を祝うなど　
なんの意味やら　さっぱり私にはわからない　

そんなこと　いちいちわからなくても　
みんなと一緒に　祝っておればいいのだ　

それで万事　うまくいく　

周囲に波風　立てなければ　それでいい　
おのれの立場さえ　守っておれば　それでいい　

さような考え方があること　
私は　知っている　

そのようして　個人が動き　
そのようして　世間が動く　

あやまちが　正当化され　
あやまちが　増幅される　

やがて　むくむく膨れあがったあやまちが　
まっとうな世界を　駆逐する

そうして　かつて　何が起こったか　
私はちゃんと　知っている　

わからない私が　知っている

I Don't Know God 

I don't know God.

I don't know God,
so I don't know the child of God either.

Moreover, I have no idea what
it means to celebrate the birthday of the child of God.

Even if you don't understand such things,
you can celebrate with everyone.

That's all right.

If you don't make waves around you, that's fine.
All you have to do is keep your position.

I know there is such a way of thinking.

The individual moves in that way,
and the world moves in that way.

The mistake is justified and the mistake is amplified.

Eventually,
the swollen mistakes drive out the true world.

Then, I know exactly what happened in the past.
I don't know, but I know it.
