教育改革、私が政治家ならこうやる！

私が政治家なら以下の教育改革をやる！

・読書好きを増やす！
小学校に読書カウンセラーを各校1名は必ず配置して、子供の読書離れを解決する。「押し付け」ではなく、児童の性格や興味に合ったものを紹介する。

・部活改革！
引退したスポーツ選手が、運動系の部活コーチに就任する。これで、教師の負担を軽減する。

・非正規教師ゼロ！
非正規教師をすべて正規化する。財源は政府も一部補助する。

・教師の残業代すべて払う！
給特法を改正し、残業代をすべて払うようにする。

・発達障害専門教師を養成する！
現在は、通常級も支援級も、区別なく教師が着任しているが、今後は発達心理学を特別に学んだ教師だけが支援級を担任する。

・税金、社会保険、法律の基礎知識を学ぶ！
中学校と高校で、税金、社会保険、法律の基礎知識を科目として導入する。現状は、まったく習わない。リーガルマインドを養い、意図せざる法律違反をしないような社会人へと育成する。

・調理、育児、介護実習
現状、女性に偏りのあるこれらを、すべての中学生・高校生に学習させる。

If I were a politician, I would do the following educational reforms!

 ・Increase your love for reading!

 At least one reading counselor will be assigned to each elementary school to solve children's lack of reading. Introduce things that suit the child's personality and interests, rather than "imposing."

 ・ Club activities reform!

 A retired athlete becomes an athletic club coach. This reduces the burden on teachers.

 ・No non-regular teachers!

 Regularize all non-regular teachers. The government also partially subsidizes the financial resources.

 ・Pay all overtime for teachers!

 Revise the Pay Special Act so that all overtime pay will be paid.

 ・Train teachers specializing in developmental disabilities!

 Currently, teachers are assigned to both the regular class and the support class without distinction, but from now on, only teachers who have specially studied developmental psychology will be in charge of the support class.

 ・ Learn the basics of tax, social insurance, and law!

 In junior high school and high school, basic knowledge of taxes, social insurance, and law will be introduced as subjects. I don't really get used to it at the moment. Cultivate a legal mind and nurture members of society who do not unintentionally violate the law.

 ・Cooking, childcare, nursing care training

 All junior and senior high school students should learn these things, which are currently biased towards women.
