Summary
The percentage of individuals with online application experience has increased by 16.3 points since two years ago, reaching 40.8%. Its convenience is also highly evaluated.
Online usage among those aged 50 and above surpasses younger age groups in procedures related to the new coronavirus.
The most common reason for initial online application was "related to COVID-19," accounting for just under 40%.
90% of individuals with online application experience express intent to continue usage in the future, citing high convenience as the reason.
The main reason for not having tried online applications is "Not knowing what can be applied for."
Anticipated improvements for the future include "enhanced user-friendliness" and "strengthened security measures."
